GLUCAMIN Gel, manufactured by HUIA Life Science Pvt. Ltd., is a fast-acting liquid mineral and calcium supplement designed for milking cows, buffaloes, and other large ruminants. It is intended to help maintain metabolic balance during and after calving.
It is an oral nutritional supplement containing Calcium + Magnesium + Phosphorus + Carbohydrates + Vitamins.
Main Uses / Indications
Helps prevent and provides supportive treatment for Milk Fever (Hypocalcemia).
Helps replenish Calcium, Magnesium, and Phosphorus after calving.
Supports normal uterine contractions after calving.
May support timely placenta expulsion.
Supports post-calving recovery.
Provides nutritional support for milk production.
Supplies essential minerals and vitamins to dairy animals.
Dosage
For supporting milk production:
1 bottle per animal per day.
Continue for 5–10 days, or as advised by a veterinarian.
For prevention of Milk Fever:
Give 1 bottle at the beginning of calving (first stage).
Give another 1 bottle 6–12 hours later.
If required, it may be repeated every 12 hours, according to veterinary advice.
Correct Method of Administration
Open the bottle seal.
Keep the animal’s head in a normal or slightly elevated position.
Place the bottle opening inside the animal’s mouth.
Slowly squeeze and administer the entire contents of the bottle.
Do not administer the gel to an animal that has difficulty swallowing, because of the risk of aspiration.
